TPAC - Tax Policy Advisory Committee
The Real Estate Roundtable's Tax Policy Advisory Committee (TPAC) identifies, analyzes and advocates positions on tax policy issues affecting the real estate community. TPAC also serves as a forum for exchanging industry information and provides an opportunity for members to meet with national policymakers and their key staff. TPAC is led by Kenneth F. Bernstein (Acadia Realty Trust) who serves as chairman, and Robert Schachat (Ernst & Young, LLP), who serves as vice chairman.
