The Real Estate Roundtable and 18 other real estate organizations urged Congress to work with the Biden administration, housing providers, lenders, and other stakeholders to pursue bipartisan solutions to increase the supply of housing in all markets and at all price points.

The Housing Affordability Coalition's letter details a variety of measures and recommendations that policymakers should act on that would have a positive impact on the nation's housing affordability crisis to help increase the housing supply. 

The real estate groups state, "Using a combination of incentive-based programs, streamlined regulatory burdens and innovative solutions, we stand ready to work with Congress and the administration to address the housing affordability challenges faced by communities across the nation."
